Authentication and Google Sign-In

NotionPages.app allows users to authenticate using Google OAuth ("Sign in with Google").

When you sign in with Google, we access only the following information from your Google account:

• Name (if provided by Google)
• Profile image (if provided by Google)

We do not access any other Google services or data, including but not limited to Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or Files.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used solely for the following purposes:

• User authentication and login
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Account security and access control

Google user data is not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Storage and Protection of Google User Data

Google user data is stored securely using industry-standard security practices. Access to this data is limited strictly to what is necessary to operate the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.

AI / Machine Learning Usage

Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Notion Data Access

When you connect your Notion account, we access your Notion content only when you explicitly request the generation or update of a website.

This access is used solely to generate your public website content.

We do not permanently store your Notion page content on our servers after website generation is completed.

Data We Store

We store only the minimum amount of data required to operate NotionPages.app:

• Email address
• User account identifier
• Authentication provider (Google or email)
• Subscription status
• List of deployed websites

Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by Gumroad. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing information.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data or Google user data with third parties.

Third-party services integrated with NotionPages.app, such as Notion and Gumroad, operate independently under their own privacy policies and do not receive Google user data from us.

Data Retention

Account-related data is retained only for as long as your account remains active.

Notion content is accessed temporarily and is not retained after website generation is completed.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data, including Google user data, at any time by contacting: [email protected]

Upon deletion, all stored user data and Google user data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Third-Party Services

NotionPages.app integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google (authentication)
• Notion (content source)
• Gumroad (payments)

Each third-party service handles data according to its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policies for more information.
